Code of Conduct for MSP Tech Coworking

Hey there! We want to make sure that everyone in MSP Tech Coworking feels welcome and safe at our events and within our Discord server. That's why we've created this Code of Conduct, to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all.

Expected Behavior

We want all attendees to:

• Be respectful towards one another, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or any other personal attribute.
• Refrain from engaging in any form of discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior.
• Respect others' physical and emotional boundaries.
• Refrain from using any violent or threatening language or behavior.

Unacceptable Behavior

We have a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviors:

• Discriminatory, harassing, or offensive comments or actions.
• Physical or verbal intimidation or aggression.
• Unwanted physical contact.
• Intimidation, stalking.
• Any other behavior that makes attendees feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Examples of Unacceptable Behavior

This is an incomplete list of behaviors that will not be tolerated from members, presenters, attendees, sponsors, or business partners:

• Using sexual imagery or language in presentations or printed material
• Tweeting sexual comments at members, presenters, or attendees
• Direct messaging a member after being asked to stop
